Starter - Cream of Tomato Soup with Cheese Crouton
Main - Salmon Wellington stuffed with basil, tyme and garlic sautted spinach served with a cream sauce, mashed poatoes chardonnay glazed carrots and broccoli with a lemon zest.
Dessert - Almond Rasperberry Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream
