International Woman's Day

The world comes together for International Women's Day (IWD) on March 8 to celebrate women's achievements and reinforce a commitment to women's equality. 

This event is by donation only. What ever you would like to donate to help support one of our Mazatlan Expat members. 

I want to come together in honour of one special woman, Fran Yeast, who has been a light of positive energy, a long time client who has become a dear friend. She is facing a medical emergency where an infection to the brain has her bed ridden inthe hospital. The cost for her care has exceeded her expenses and since awaking from her coma she is still not fully aware of her situation. Fran has always supported the kids at the Salvation Armys Children home, Mi futuro program, and several other orphanages. She supported the food bank and those who lost their jobs during the pandemic, and recently helped raise enough money to feed several hundred people over the Christmas holidays and ongoing support for weekly food packages for those in need. She also madse sure 100+ children recieved christmas gifts this year. This is a woman who is strong, loving, kind to all souls and is an all round good person. This event is in her honour and 100% of the proceeds raised will go to helping her recieve the medical support she needs. We don't always need to know the people in our community to make an impact. Being a community, joining hands and providing support is what gives us all strength. Three Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Chicken breast wrapped in bacon stuffed with smoked gouda, goat cheese and finished with a cheddar cheese sauce. Served with creamy mash potatoes and grilled vegetables.

Medi Chicken

Grilled chicken stuffed with tomatoes, olives, feta, fresh herbs mixed with quinoa, finished with a sun-dried tomato pesto sauce. Served with sweet potatoes and vegetables.

BBQ Pork Ribs

Slow roasted pork ribs, with a lightly glazed house bbq sauce, served with creamy mash potatoes and a melody of vegetables. (This is not a rack of ribs)

Salmon Delight

Pan seared salmon with crispy skin, finished with a creamy mushroom sauce.

Served with pesto-feta rice and asparagus.

2 Way Enchiladas

Creamy chicken poblano and chicken mole enchiladas served with rice and garden salad.

Herb-Crusted Cauliflower Steaks

Roast cauliflower topped with a garlic-herb and parmesan panko crust, finished with a red pepper coulis. Served with Mayacoba beans, roasted cherry tomatoes and asparagus.

Veggie Stuffed Noonies

Ricotta - Spinach and Crimini mushroom stuffed pasta with a deep roasted tomato and carrot sauce. Served with lemon roasted chickpeas.

All dinners are served with Cream of Tomato Soup with parmesan breaded crotons or house garden salad lightly tossed in our house kiwi dressing.
